I’m fascinated by the complexity of dialogue, social relationships, feedback systems, social change, and sustainability. I believe collective sensemaking is a key component to the solution of wicked problems and can be accomplished through the medium of integrated structured dialogic conversation and gameplay. This is rooted in the belief that change and communication begin with goal centric conversation.
I have my B.A. in Psychology. In 2002, I contributed a co-authored chapter in XML topic maps: creating and using topic maps for the Web. Hobbies include travel, reading, hiking, cycling, volunteering at The Go Game, and cooking. I currently reside in the lovely city of San Francisco, California.
